Evil Genius Retirement Fund 🌋

A party game for 2–6 supervillains: the TV shows the world and your volcano lairs, your phone is your secret control panel. Fire silly doomsday gadgets, "borrow" countries and retire rich.

📜 The rules (bite-sized)

• 🙊 Every round, every villain secretly picks ONE gadget and a target on the phone. Then the TV reveals everything at once.
• 🔩 Giant Magnet (power 3) borrows an unclaimed country. 🌀 Hypno-Ray (power 2) borrows a rival's country, beating their loyal minions (1).
• 🍲 Soup-Rain Machine (power 2) drowns any country in soup: nobody owns it, too soggy to borrow next round. 🔮 Bubble Dome: +2 defence and +1 💰. 🔧 Tinker: +1 💰 and +1 power next time.
• 💥 Two gadgets with the same power on one country = GADGET COLLISION: both fizzle. You can't use the same gadget twice in a row.
• 💰 Every round each country pays into its villain's retirement fund (1–4 💰, Switzerland pays best), plus a 1 💰 pension.
• 📮 Every 3rd round the League of Villains secretly votes for the most annoying villain: -3 💰 and -1 power for 2 rounds.
• 🌴 First to 50 💰 (easy 40) retires and wins. Otherwise the fattest fund after the last round.
